Defence White Paper submission of ideas by the ill-informed

Large portions of this next Australian Defence White Paper collection of suggestions in no way addresses the rock bottom, leadership and management problems with the Entrenched Defence Bureaucracy.

I would suggest to the authors that they do some real homework. To be fair, there are a few OK statements in it, but it doesn't contribute anything of substance toward fixing the crumbling foundation of existing problems.

Also, in the end, the authors depend on government contracts. It is unlikely they will have any constructive criticism of value.
